Belle Decor – Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Belle Decor purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Returns must be received and inspected before a refund is issued.
  • Refunds are not issued for packages still in transit or that have not yet been returned to us.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards or downloadable products
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidents

3. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you confirming approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping is free on all orders, and return shipping is also free.
  • No restocking fees are charged.

4. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for processing timelines.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email support@bellahousedecor.com.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen shipping disruptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds are not automatically issued for delays outside our control.

7. How to Start a Return

Email support@bellahousedecor.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping label.
